This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the website https://devshard.ru (the “Site”), operated by DevShard — команда разработчиков (the “Operator”), is processed.

1. Data we collect

When you submit a request via the Site form, Mini App or messenger bots, we may receive:

  • name;
  • contact details (VK, Telegram, MAX, email, etc.);
  • task description and budget (if provided);
  • technical data: IP address, date and time of the request;
  • files attached to the request (optional).

When you use the Site, cookies and analytics data (Yandex Metrika, Top.Mail.Ru) may be collected automatically — see section 5.

2. Purposes of processing

  • contacting you about your request and running the project;
  • sending notifications about request status;
  • improving the Site and related services;
  • complying with the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is based on:

  • your consent (checkbox when submitting the form);
  • the need to perform a contract or pre-contractual steps;
  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on a secured server (VPS) over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is limited to authorized Operator staff. Requests are retained for up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies for analytics (Yandex Metrika, Top.Mail.Ru). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. By continuing to use the Site after the cookie notice, you agree to their use for the purposes stated above.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure is possible only to:

  • the hosting provider (server storage);
  • analytics services (aggregated / anonymized statistics);
  • authorized Russian authorities when legally required.
