These Terms govern use of the website https://devshard.ru, the Mini App and bots of DevShard (the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept the conditions below.
1. General provisions
The Services are provided by DevShard — команда разработчиков (the “Provider”). The Services are intended for learning about development offerings and submitting collaboration requests.
2. Services and estimates
- Prices on the Site are marked “from” and are indicative only;
- the final price is fixed after the scope of work is agreed;
- the Site calculator gives an approximate range and is not a public offer;
- timelines depend on complexity and team availability.
3. Requests and communication
By submitting a request, you confirm that your contact details are accurate and consent to personal data processing under the Privacy Policy. The Provider may decline a request without stating reasons.
4. Intellectual property
Site materials (texts, design, UI code, portfolio) are protected by copyright. Copying without the Provider’s consent is prohibited. Source code of commissioned projects is transferred to the client under a separate agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
- The Services are provided “as is”;
- the Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted Site operation during force majeure or server maintenance;
- the Provider is not liable for losses from using Site information without a signed contract.
6. Mini App and bots
Use of bots and the Mini App is also subject to MAX and Telegram platform rules. The Provider is not responsible for third-party messenger API or policy changes.
7. Prohibited actions
- spam requests and automated scraping of the Site;
- attempts to hack, DDoS or bypass rate limits;
- submitting illegal content in requests and files.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after publication means acceptance of the new version.
